We’ll help you choose the drinks and arrange the service, so you can spend the evening with your guests.

We’ll plan the drinks to suit the day.
Choose from cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, ciders and alcohol-free drinks, and add something personal if you like.

Guest-paid
We’ll bring the bar, drinks and team, and your guests buy what they’d like.
Part-hosted
Welcome everyone with a drink, or put some money behind the bar.
We can arrange a set allowance, selected drinks or personalised tokens before moving to a guest-paid service.
Fully hosted
If you’d prefer to cover the drinks, we’ll plan a menu with you and run the bar for the hours you choose.
We’ll explain the costs and any minimum spend in your quote.
Where the bar can go.
Our mobile bar can go in suitable gardens, marquees, halls and private venues.
Before the event, we’ll talk through the space, access, guest numbers and drinks menu, so the bar is planned around your party.
On the day, our team arrives to set up and looks after your guests until the bar closes.
The menu
What are we drinking?
Cocktails for a birthday, chilled wine in the garden, draught beer or a selection of everyone’s favourites.
Tell us what you’d like, and we’ll build a menu around it.
For something more personal, we can discuss a cocktail named for the occasion or drinks tokens designed for your celebration.
Alcohol-free choices can be included alongside the main menu.
We can also offer a tasting before your party.
