What we provide
Run to your running order.
Our team runs the bar, so you can concentrate on your guests and the event.
We bring the mobile bar, experienced staff, the drinks you’ve agreed and the equipment to serve them.
Before the event, we’ll discuss the venue, running order, expected attendance and anything else you need from the bar.
We can also coordinate the alcohol licensing if your event needs it.
Choose who pays for the drinks.
Fully hosted
Cover the drinks throughout the event, with an agreed menu and service period.
Part-hosted
Pay for welcome drinks or selected drinks, or put a set allowance behind the bar.
Guest-paid
Guests pay for their own drinks at the bar, or you can put a sum behind the bar to cover their drinks.
Every drink served goes through our till, so where it applies, you have a record of what was poured.
We’ll talk through which option suits you and send you a quote.
