We know what goes into serving a big crowd, and we can run bars for festivals, community events and other large occasions.

Through Owl Events, we organise and deliver events across Guernsey, including Guernsey Together Festival.
We use that experience when we plan a large bar: where the service points go, staffing, stock, equipment and payments.

Bar locations and layouts
We’ll talk through the site, audience and expected demand, and decide with you where the bars go and how they’ll run.
Staffing
We staff the bars for the expected attendance, the service hours and the drinks on offer.
Stock and drinks
We’ll plan the drinks selection and the quantities the service needs.
Licensing
We’ll work with you to coordinate the alcohol licensing.
Payment facilities
We’ll bring the payment equipment our bars need, planned around the site’s connectivity and service requirements.
Set-up and clear-down
Our team prepares the agreed service areas before opening and removes our equipment once the event has finished.

Before preparing a proposal, we’ll discuss the expected audience, event layout, service hours, access, available facilities and licensing arrangements.
Then we’ll work out the bar set-up, staffing and drinks.
We plan the bars to fit in with how the rest of your event runs.
